Wow, I want a print of this on my wall. I'm a nut about prints lately...but seriously...this would really create a beautiful feel to any wall it hangs on. I love the yellow, and you're stacking of photos is incredible. She really does look like she's part of that city. :+fav:

It's been so long since I've heard someone mention the Afghan Whigs!
I see optimism this time :) Citi Soleil is a bruised mother, but that makes her more caring and protective. The girl indeed blends perfectly, the pale yellow is like the rays of "le soleil" filtered through the smog. I see some trick you do creating custom brushes in psp :)
I always like how you use a theme, like a word, an idea, prose, lyric, whatever and bring it to life visually... :clap:

blimey, this is so gorgeous. something about the girl and the way she's holding onto someone who isnt really there, absolutly lovely. the words (lyrics?) you chose to support the image are perfect.

p.s. hmm, dear. ive never heard of Afghan Whigs, a band or writer?
